Recruitment Processes
Comfort Living Care Ltd only employ staff who have been subject to an enhanced DBS and have been through our robust recruitment process including the provision of reference checks. Our carefully vetted staffs are required to have the appropriate experience in order to complete their role to the best of their ability. We ensure that all staff undergoes a clear induction that includes mandatory training with regular updates.
Our staff all share a commitment and compassion to work alongside individuals in need of care and support. Our organisation fosters a culture of care, openness and growth.
