Comfort Living Care Ltd provides 24hr supported living services that can be obtained within a range of settings dependent on the individual’s wishes, needs and recovery goals.

We support people to live independently in their own homes and provide person centred support to enable individuals to develop recovery focused goals, foster independence, empowerment and social integration.

We are aware this cannot be done in isolation and close collaboration with carers, families and friends as well as multidisciplinary agencies is at the heart of the work we do.

Service users will be able to form and build relationships with others whilst maintaining their privacy, dignity and personal space. The accommodation provides the opportunity to develop independent living skills and manage the responsibilities that come with this i.e. sharing the costs of household bills, managing a tenancy and sharing communal areas.

Housing support

We work in partnership with the private landlord to ensure that the property is of a good standard and assist residents with the management of their tenancy agreement as well as  liaison regarding their property, maintenance and / or any repair issues they may have.

Where required we will assist tenants to apply for the relevant housing benefits to fund their accommodation and a budgeting plan will be devised to ensure they are able to adequately manage this area of their tenancy.

In the support provided, we will ensure tenants maintain their housing rights, are respected and have choice and control over where and how they live.

Supported living units:

Colliers Wood House

We have a newly refurbished five bedded property (three ensuite) located in the heart of Colliers Wood. The property is in a peaceful residential area, yet has access to excellent commuter links. We are located a five minutes walk from Colliers Wood tube station, there are two retail shopping courts, a newly furnished library, three local gyms and lovely parkland overseeing the River Wandle.
